The most rewarding part about being a mom for me is, being my daughter’s safe place in a big, confusing world. It’s the way they reach for me first, and trust me completely, and grow into who they’re meant to be right in front of my eyes. Even on the hardest days, knowing my love shapes their world, makes every sacrifice worth it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me that love isn’t measured by perfection, but by presence. It’s shown me how strong I can be, even when I feel exhausted, and how to give endlessly without losing myself. My children have taught me patience, grace, and how to see the world with softer eyes. Through them, I’ve learned that the smallest moments often hold the greatest meaning.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I’d choose peace first. I’d pay down some medical bills and then create a small cushion to give my girls a head start on their future. I’d use it as an investment in something that will help them grow. Giving them a sense of stability, freedom to choose which path they want to take, and a feeling that they will always be taken care of, first and foremost.
