What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being a mom is the most unexpected and beautiful blessing of my life. Juggling work, church, and community, I give my all—but nothing compares to showing up for my daughter. Whether it’s dance class, PTO meetings, or bedtime stories after a long day, every moment is a reminder that love is in the little things. Motherhood has taught me patience, strength, and joy in ways I never imagined. I never knew I wanted to be a mom, but now I can’t imagine life any other way. It’s my greatest honor.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Some of our best memories are the simple ones—grabbing ice cream, sharing tacos, laughing until our sides hurt. But one we’ll never forget is the surprise trip to Disney World. Seeing her face light up, the pure joy and wonder in her eyes—it was magic. From the little moments to the big adventures, it’s not just about where we go but being together. Those giggles, the hand squeezes, the “Mommy, this is the best day ever”—those are the memories that will last a lifetime.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000 for being a supermom, I’d use it to pour back into the people and causes I love. First, I’d give to charities that support children’s advancement because every child deserves the chance to thrive. Then, I’d invest in my family’s future by putting a down payment on a home or renovating a space so we could merge households with my mom. After losing my dad, creating a home where we can support each other would mean everything.
