I'm disabled raising a teenage boy. I'm his friends' 2nd mom, providing for them daily. I also regularly help out my daughter and her family
We would like to thank you for supporting Stephanie Feece in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The unconditional love. My children and grandchildren are human extensions of my heart living outside of my body. There is nothing better at the end of the day, especially a bad one, than getting a loving, squeezy hug from your child or grandchild. That hug can wipe away all the bad/mad/sad in just a few seconds. And a kiss is the cherry on top. The love I feel for all of my babies is too big for words to describe. Just looking at them brings a smile to my face and warmth in my heart.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?Going to a local festival with both of my children. My beautiful teenage daughter, who usually considers her 10 years younger brother to be a pest, actually chose to spend the entire day riding rides and having fun with him rather than hanging out with her friends and boyfriend. It was a wonderful day.
What would you do with $20,000?I'd put a down payment on a house. Renting is so expensive and not secure. Few people rent the same home or apartment for more than a few years due to rent increases, poor management, bad neighborhood, or it just needs too many repairs. My family deserves a nice, safe, secure, place to live. Also, I might use a little bit to fix my van, but most would go towards a house.
