Receive Text UpdatesThe most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow into their own little people—kind, curious, absolutely hilarious, and full of life. They are my “why”! It’s in the small moments: the hugs, the laughter, the “I love yous”. Even on the hardest days, knowing I’m their safe place and home gives my life a deep sense of purpose and joy. Deeper than I could have ever dreamed of, especially after such loss of my husband and their daddy.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. No matter how hard it is, how exhausted I am, or how much I want to just run away sometimes, my kids are my “why” and I love them more than any difficulty. Motherhood is the most precious, humbling, and life giving vocation. Literally! We give them life, and in return they give us life! What a gift this calling is!
What would you do with $20,000?Hard to say! I’d either use it to start a dream project, set it aside for a future down payment, or take the kids on safari in Africa! If I’m being honest, I’d have to see how I felt in the moment, and ask what the kids were up for!š
