What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching my kids grow into the amazing young adults they are today and watching how successful they are. One became a mom and a Navy wife (she lost her 14 month old son 6 months ago and she’s been so strong), she is an amazing mother to her 2-1/2 year old daughter, my other daughter finished college, became a college advisor, got her a cute home & is thriving and my Son joined the Army to become an Army Ranger and he’s doing great. As a single mom & doing it on my own, I love seeing them thrive

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson I learned is no matter how much you want to give up some days, your kids depend on you, they lean on you and you have to keep going for them! They are and always will be priority no matter what age. They taught me giving up isn’t an option. Being a single mom has its challenges but it has so many rewards too and the rewards are seeing how well they are doing now. I’d do it all over again too.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won, I’d give some to my daughter to pay the medical bills they’ve gotten from losing my Grandson in August and the rest I’d put towards getting my own home. I put my daughter thru college and used all my savings that was to go towards my house, but her education was more important, so I held off so she could get her education, I’d do it all over again too. I love watching my kids succeed!
