What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being a mom means watching my girls grow into strong, independent young women. Guiding them, opening doors I never had, and showing them they have the courage to dream big fills me with pride. Being a mom isn’t easy; every day is a new challenge, but seeing them believe in themselves and act with kindness, resilience, and courage shows me that the lessons I teach ripple beyond our home. I’m proud they see that I can thrive in my career while being their mom showing them anything is possible.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me I am human, imperfect, and that growth comes from showing up daily with love, and courage. As a Paramedic, I face life’s toughest moments, but raising my daughters has taught me just as much if not more, they see my mistakes, my perseverance, and my heart. Leading by example, with strength and humility, shows them that resilience, love, and courage make us who we are. I have learned that a hug, a listening ear, or just being there can be the most powerful lesson of all.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would love to take my family on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Greece, a dream I’ve had for years, to bond, make memories, and expose my three girls to new experiences and cultures. Life has gotten busy and expensive, so it’s been 9 years since our last vacation. This money would allow us to have a full experience without cutting corners, including time with their grandparents to stay connected. Any leftover funds I would use toward a spa day for some well-deserved self-care.
