When I see that my children are kind, empathetic, honest, hard working human beings. That is what I feel like is more important than having a high paying job and that I have done my job of guiding them to become good, decent people.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That you can plan as much as you want for things to go a certain way but the unpredictability of motherhood teaches you that you can't control everything. It has also taught me patience I didn't know I had, the value of being emotionally available more than doing everything right. Motherhood has also offered me an opportunity to reflect, heal from my own wounds and grow.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to say that I would invest it but in all honesty I would love to take my whole family on a trip to Italy or Greece
