Being a mom to two little girls (ages 1 & 3), has opened my heart in ways I never knew were even possible! They have taught me that love doesn't divide between children, it multiplies. It stretches, deepens, & wraps itself around each child in a way that is entirely their own. I adore the way they explore the world & the way they smile or laugh when they discover something new & exciting. Every day with them is a gift I will always treasure, as every day I'm reminded what an honor motherhood is!

Patience, 100%! That, & the fact that I am VERY consciously aware that these years don't last forever, & once they are gone, I can never get them back. Another lesson I have learned is to choose the job that is going to give me as much flexibility as possible. Jobs come & go, & if I died or something else tragic happened to me, they'd replace me tomorrow. But, these years with littles are irreplaceable. I would rather have the job that is going to allow me to be present for EVERYTHING!

Definitely put some into savings! Mine & both of the girls'. I would also buy the girls a new playset, maybe even a trampoline, & take them somewhere new & create some amazing core memories.
