Seeing their strength, resilience, and ability to feel safe and loved makes every challenge worth it. It’s in the small moments—the trust, the laughter, and knowing they come to me when they need support—that remind me my love and presence truly matter.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson I’ve learned as a mom is that love is more than a feeling—it’s showing up, especially in the hardest moments. I’ve learned that behavior is communication, and my children’s experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and resilience. I don’t have to be perfect, just present. Through their challenges, I found my purpose—creating a safe, loving space and growing alongside them every step of the way.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 to give my family a memorable, stress-free experience together, while also easing financial pressures and continuing my journey toward becoming a trauma-informed therapist.
