What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part about being a mom is being able to see the value, work ethic, and love that I pour into my kids. With guidance, I am shaping them to be an overall kind human being. I am creating a legacy that they can instill in their own families someday. Each day I learn from my kids! They have taught be so much about myself and that is also rewarding for me. I am not someone who has all the answers, but I choose to keep learning and be a better mom everyday.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson that motherhood has taught me is that I can't control everything, but I can control how I respond to everything. Motherhood has also taught me to be patient and humble. I realize that no matter what I do, my kids will do things their way and learn on their own. It is my job to guide them. I have learned to not compare my kids to myself when I was a child because we are all different. Most importantly, motherhood has taught me how to love unconditionally.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would first pay off some of my debt. Then I would take a vacation by myself. I would give myself time to just relax and reflect. I would also use some of the money to do something for myself that would help me gain more confidence. I think all moms would agree to doing for themselves to gain that confidence back. Getting this amount of money at one time would give my family and I some much needed cushion
