The rewards often come in the smallest, most ordinary moments the spontaneous “I love you, Mommy,” the way they run to me when they’re scared or excited, the late-night talks, the silly dances in the kitchen, or simply knowing you’re their safe haven.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that this is my very first time doing this thing called “mom life.” I’m figuring it out as I go and yes I’m going to make mistakes, some days more than others. But I’ve learned not to be so hard on myself. At the end of the day, what matters most is that my kids always know, how much Mommy loves them. That love is the one thing I can get right even on the messy, imperfect days.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000 right now, I would put every bit of it toward buying a home for my family. I’ve been struggling so much with our current living situation that just the thought of finally having our own place feels like a dream come true. We’ve started looking at homes not because we can buy one yet, but to manifest the life we want. We’re putting our wishes out into the universe and trusting that God will bless us with the right home at the right time.
