We would like to thank you for supporting Stephanie Rivera in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It’s seeing your child grow into their own person and realizing you helped shape that. The way they laugh, how they treat others, the little things they say all reflections of the love and effort you’ve poured into them.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

That I can’t control everything and that’s okay. Motherhood taught me to let go, and be patient, and just love my kids for who they are. It also shows me that love can be endless and that strength shows up even when you feel like you have none left

What would you do with $20,000?

As an adult 20 thousand may not seem like a lot but to a mom of 7 children it is the world. It doesn’t just mean bills getting paid it means being able to put my kids into sports the way I wanted to, or even simply just getting them new clothes to make them feel good in their own way. Mostly 20 thousand dollars will help my family be more secure. And invest in my children’s futures.
