Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Shaping three females to learn how to be kind, strong, independent, fierce, intelligent, well-spoken young ladies who will grow into women who can take care of and advocate for themselves. It's a privledge (somewhat intimidating and scary!) to be able to have an impactful role in how a person develops. I hope I'm doing it right and I know some days I get it very wrong because I am not perfect, especially as a mother.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Patience is more important than perfection. These three girls are the greatest teachers I've ever had. They influence my choices every single day and challenge me to be better and do better. I fall short a lot of times and yet I'm greeted with the most overwhelming amount of love and grace from them. They make me feel like a Super Mom every single day.

What would you do with $20,000?

Something practical, like put it in savings towards our girls future education, especially since travel is already included as a prize! AND I would use a portion of it to spoil the OG Super Mom, my mom, GiGi Melish !!! She is who taught me that you can work full-time and still be a present parent and amazing mother simultaneously!
