Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding thing about being a mom is seeing my girls bring joy to others through their passions. Watching them encourage each other and others, from working together at home to interacting with peers in activities, to bringing a smile to a stranger's face...these moments bring me joy as a mom. Teaching them in school has been amazing, but also seeing them be 'kind' people. The world needs more kindness in it!

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood I've experienced so far is the act of sacrificial love and that I would need to change how I saw myself, find myself again after becoming a mom. After my 2nd daughter was born, I felt called to give up my full time DPT job and switch roles. Learn to take some time for yourself. I want to be a role model for my daughters. Also the importance of Faith, taking care of yourself- body, mind, and soul, while creating a healthy lifestyle for our family.

What would you do with $20,000?

Being able to have $20,000 would be an absolute Blessing. There are so many things we could do with this...We have had issues with our home we haven't been able to fix since we moved in almost 5 years ago- see Ugliest House in America season 4. Put some toward a new family car, and also hopeful to save some for our girls' and Bless others. Plus winning the vacation would be lovely!!!!
