What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

With everything that we have been through, my kids have been my strength and support. As a single parent, you hope that you are raising your kids right and making the right decisions for them. Our family has been through so much especially during the past two years and we are closer than ever. I am thankful for my kids and the amazing young adults they are growing up to be. I have always instilled family values and morales with my kids and to be respectful to everyone. I am a very lucky mom!

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson that I have learned as a mom is that you can be friends with your kids and no matter how hard things get, you will always have your family. I am so thankful for my kids and I always will be. My kids are my inspiration, my joy, and my whole life.

What would you do with $20,000?

I am going through a pretty rough divorce right now and I have been trying to keep up with the house and all of the bills. I would use the money to try and catch up with bills. Unfortunately, everything has gone up and trying to live as a single parent raising two kids is almost impossible. I am still working full-time while trying to deal with my anemia. Luckily, my job has been working with me and are absolutely amazing.
