The most rewarding part of being a mom is experiencing the love I never knew was possible. Completely unconditional, selfless and really life changing. It’s in the little moments, the hugs, the laughter, and those surprise “I miss you” texts from my almost 20 yr old away in college that really remind me this kind of love doesn’t just fill your heart, it transforms who you are…even through challenges!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me that I’m stronger than I ever thought possible. It’s taught me that you show up every day (even on no sleep), to be patient when it’s hard. Because love does make you rise to every challenge!!
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would treat my amazing circle of mom friends to a girls weekend away to rest, and recharge, and celebrate everything we pour into our families..because we all deserve that time. I would also give back by donating to one of my favorite charities that’s close to my heart. And as a single mom whose youngest is heading off to college in the fall, I would use the rest to help support this next chapter-because every bit helps! :)
