Sitting back and seeing this life my husband and I have built for my children, it’s simple. It’s not flashy, but we did it. My kids running through my house laughing and giggling and 100% being themselves. It’s hard. It’s tiring. Somedays I cry. Somedays I laugh. But at the end of everyday I thank God for these sweet babies of mine.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That one size does not fit all. All children are completely different. And sadly, not everyone will love your kids as much as you do. People stop showing up. And that’s okay. It’s okay to be in different stages of life. And motherhood isn’t something you can read in a book. Because everyday is something new and something different. Breaking cycles is so hard but so worth it.
What would you do with $20,000?I would fix the roof on our house.
