The most rewarding part of being a mom, is being a mom. Its watching my son grow into the strength I pour into him every day. Through every sacrifice and long nights, I’m building a life of love, safety, and resilience for him. Even when I’m tired, I keep going because he’s watching, learning, and becoming. Knowing I’m shaping a strong, kind, and loving young man makes every hard moment worth it.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is strength I didn’t know I had. It’s taught me how to keep going through loss, exhaustion, and responsibility, and still lead with love. Being a mom showed me how to be selfless, and present, even on my hardest days. I’ve learned that real strength isn’t giving up, it’s showing up, every day for the one and ones who depends on me.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I wouldn’t just see money, I’d feel relief for the first time in a long time. After caring for my father until his last days and continuing to carry my family, I’ve been in survival mode, holding everything together. I would catch up on bills, secure my mother, and give my son some type of stability he deserves. More than anything, it would give us peace, the kind that lets you breathe, rest, and finally feel like everything you’ve fought to hold together is going to be okay.
