The most rewarding part about motherhood, for me, is knowing there was a time I didn’t even think I could conceive… and now I get to experience my little one in real life. As I journey through this, we’re learning from each other every day. There’s something so special about growing alongside my child, not just raising them, but truly experiencing them.I cherish the laughs, the curiosity, and all the little moments that make up our story as it continues to unfold.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?One of the biggest lessons I’m learning in motherhood is patience… real patience. The kind that asks me to slow down, breathe, and navigate my own emotions while my child is growing & changing in real time.I’m learning that it’s not just about guiding him, it’s about regulating myself so I can show up in the way he needs.I’m also learning to give him space, space to explore what he likes, space 2 be curious, and space to evolve into his own person. What would you do with $20,000?If awarded $20,000, I will expand House of FLYA by hosting monthly wellness workshops, launching a small-batch herbal product line, investing in targeted marketing to increase bookings and sales, and setting aside savings for stability. This investment will help me build sustainable income, support my family, and provide accessible, healing-centered experiences for my community.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Super Mom, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
