The most rewarding part of being a mom is getting to spend so much time with my kids, being able to watch and help them grow. I get to watch my older son become a man that his dad never stepped up to be. And also for my younger autistic son also not having his dad wanting to be there I had to step up and play both roles! It’s definitely rewarding to see my kids still go through struggles with me and be grateful for everything they have. Just to see them smile and be happy is good enough for me!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me was never depend on anyone but yourself! I wasn’t a single parent just with my first born but also with having my second. It has always been a struggle for me and my kids but I make it happen and we get by.. I wish I could give them the world, I try my best and I’ll keep trying. It also taught me to have patience, love hard and be thankful everyday!
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000 I would put it towards my small business to help me support my kids. Some would go to my sons small business so he can be stable when I’m not around and the rest would go to my youngest in things he would need being autistic and won’t be able to work and support himself in the future!
