The most rewarding part of being a mom for me, other than being in awe of my 2 incredible daughters every day...is that I have grown and transformed in ways I probably never would have without them. They have given me such a greater sense of self, of purpose and forced me to change (for the better). They have definitely taught me more about my true self than I can explain. I am who I am today because of my kids, and I am proud of the woman I am today.

The biggest lesson for me in motherhood has been giving myself grace and adaptation. The raising of my two daughters has been under two very different and unique circumstances. I've had to accept and adapt to parenting them for who they are individually, and my role in each of their lives. That's the beauty of motherhood though; being the mom each of THEM needs. And, I've had to learn to give myself grace through both these journeys...I learn alongside them.

Probably continue to set up for their futures. Our youngest will forever be a dependent so securing her future is crucial, and for our eldest, we are planing for university/post secondary education. I may spoil them a little too though.
