When I’m told: “your son is so polite and a great kid.” Pause please! My kid can be a terror. Imagine: The Day After Tomorrow, Godzilla vs. my son while the sky is on fire and the neighbors house is floating away, when I’ve had about my limit because won’t put on his insulin pump and want to scream: “I [beep] quit! ✌🏽I’m out!” He always surprises me in the end. And that the bane of my existence, well, let’s just stay that was a close one. And that I am not a failure and I got this.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?1. Don't be so serious. 2. Learn the ways of Napping. (I call dibs on the title!) 3. If it's no bra day, it's no bra day. 4. Learn to love yourself. It doesn't make you self-centered, selfish or vain. 5. Seek help. Could be a therapist, someone in your orbit, or from that tall guy at the supermarket, I'm a little too short for the top shelf at Walmart. 6. Pick and choose your battles. 7. Keep an open mind
What would you do with $20,000?Be spontaneous... (within reason)..I thought I knew, but with summer right around the corner and for once, we could just pack up and literally go anywhere for the summer.
