The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my kids grow into smart, kind, funny humans with big hearts. Raising children who love each other, have empathy & want to make a positive impact is everything. As a single mom of 3, they are my purpose, motivation, my strength, and my daily reminder to stay curious, joyful, and present in every moment we share.

Mostly it has taught me difficult lessons about myself and how children are a mirror of our behavior. Also both how amazing and devastating life can be. Of course patience is in there, but I’m still working on not losing my mind when three people are asking me a question at the same time and hearing “mommy” 500 times a day.

Right now I’m navigating life after divorce and recovering from accident that took a big toll, so things have been financially tight. I’d use the $20,000 to pay down debt and create stability for my kids. My 11-year-old earned a dream scholarship and needs a new wardrobe. Anik dreams of a digital drum set, Aheli wants some new clothes, and they’d love to redo their rooms with plants. Some of our furniture is worn and needs replacing, and this would truly help us reset in our new dynamic.
