What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?To s l o w down. I have a problem with "chilling" because it feels like I have a never-ending to-do list but when I'm with my kids, I'm present. We had a really hard time getting pregnant with our first born and I prayed so hard for that positive pregnancy test. Now being on the other side, I feel incredibly lucky to be a mom that even in the most difficult, over-stimulating moments, I feel so much gratitude. (And I don't take my answered prayers for granted!)
What would you do with $20,000?I'd combine the 20k with my savings and use the money to add a second bathroom in our home; there's 4 of us and only 1 bath! SOS!
