What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom isn't just one big moment, it's the thousands of small ones that quietly add up. It's watching our kids become their own person while knowing I had in shaping who they are. It's the way they come to me for comfort, advice or just to share something. It's hearing "mom" called from another room and knowing I am their safe place. How being a mom stretches your patience, deepens your empathy and shows you a kind of love that's constant, even on the hard days

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

If I had to choose one, it would be that you can't control everything & trying to will only exhaust you. Motherhood teaches you pretty quickly that no amount of planning, worrying, or doing things "perfectly" can prevent every mistake, bad day, or challenge your kids will face. What actually matters more is showing up consistently, loving them through it, and letting go of the need to get everything right. It has also taught me that my kids don't need a perfect mom, but they need a present one.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would approach it with a balance of responsibility and intention. First, I would set aside a portion to strengthen my emergency fund. Then a meaningful portion of the money would be invested for my boy's future, likely through a 529 education savings plan or a custodial investment account, allowing if to grow over time and support their goals. Overall, I would treat the $20,000 as an opportunity to create both immediate stability and long-term benefits for my family.
