Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

watching my children grow up to be fine, kind, intelligent, funny, adventurous human beings. I love seeing them try new things and discover new talents! juggling 4 children under 3 years old taught me I can do and handle more than I thought. They have taught me empathy for others and to celebrate the differences in all children. My heart goes out to all people in a way it never did before I had children. They inspire me to be better for them and because of them.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

It's not all about me, raising children is very humbling. it also helps you be a better person, when you see them repeat some of your bad habits you try to be better. just seeing them turn into their own people with their own thoughts and their own gifts. My children have taught me more than I could ever teach them. They have taught me how unique all people are, they were born with their own distinct personalities from day 1, and I now recognize that in all people.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would love to take my children to see their dad's family in France. They have so much family they have never met. They would love to see the small village he grew up in. To be able to have a big trip while we are still together as a family would be a dream come true! Just family time away would be miraculous and something to remember for a lifetime!
