What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching all the milestones, their firsts their achievements. The big wins and being their comfort when life throws a nasty curve. Seeing them graduate, get engaged and succeed in life. While saying wow! This is rad!

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Much like a marriage, keep God your #1 in the middle of your relationship with your kids, because knowing him, they will know that they are never truly alone in a hard world. In inclusion to this never discard how they feel in certain circumstances, in your heart you may think you know how they feel and try to be protective but in the long run it could hurt them and make them feel unheard, discarded and left out. Be careful, because this can sneak up on you when your not even trying to.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would pay my bills, use the money to travel up for all my kidney transplant meetings. Use it to help me be able to stay somewhere for a month by the hospital, help in gas and food. Help my family and maybe get myself a reliable car.
