What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has humbled me in ways I never expected. It’s shown me that every day can look completely different, and life isn’t always easy....or even fair. But at the end of it all, getting to come home and see the love and joy in my kids’ eyes makes every hard moment worth it. Watching them grow into kind, caring people reminds me that even on the hardest days, something really important is being built.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were lucky enough to receive the $20,000, a big part of it would go toward celebrating a pretty special moment for our family, my husband leaving for basic training after deciding to join the Air Guard at 40. We would use it to show up big for his graduation, making it a moment our kids will never forget. More than anything, we’re trying to raise them to be good people, to chase hard things, and to show up for the people they love.
