Seeing my kids smiles & hearing their giggles. Getting to be the safest place for them is the biggest blessing. Hearing “mama” anytime they are happy, sad, need comforting, ugh, just the best feeling to be their whole world at the moment. It makes me feel whole & is giving me a new set of eyes to see the entire world through.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That I am way more capable than I ever thought possible. My husband was home for 10 days, then I was on my own with the twins until they were 4 months. He obviously helped after work, but in the nights & during the day it was all me. I also have two black labs that need exercised everyday and I was able to do all of that. I also workout daily and walk a minimum of 3 miles a day ensuring I stay healthy. I’m just really proud of myself
What would you do with $20,000?We would invest some of it for when our twins will need cars & money to attend college or pay rent. Then, we would use some to add a seating area to the front of our house so we can watch the ducks at the park & our kids play at the park someday. If we had any left, we’d spoil our twins for their first birthday coming up!
