What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

There are so many rewards to being a mom! The smiles on my kids faces, the cuddles that I’m holding on to as long as they will let me, and even that they highlight the things in my character that need refining. The most rewarding part of being a mom for me is seeing them grow and mature. To see them find joy and purpose. When they find “their thing” or “things” and I can see the pure love and talent, I feel like doing a happy dance.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has a way of teaching you so much about yourself and life that it’s really hard to understand unless you experience it yourself. Through my 10+ years of momhood, I’ve felt most days like I was winging it. Like I wasn’t give the instruction manual and I was just trying to figure it out as I go. God has played a huge part in any sort of successes. I would not be where I am today had he not been guiding me through the hills and valleys. This season especially has forced me to rely on Him

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would be a huge unexpected blessing. To be given this huge amount of money would allow us to give to some of the cancer support organizations that have blessed us tremendously this year, as well as be able to put some towards savings for the future for our kids.
