What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I’m their person! When they are happy or sad, brave or scared; I am ready for every moment they need me. Just being able to love them to the fullest. Creating the best memories & watching them grow to their own person. The emotions & experiences I have endured raising my kids I would not have it any other way for it had made me the mom who I am today. Motherhood has been my greatest gift.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

I’ve learned motherhood isn’t about being perfect even when the world expects you to be; it’s how I show up for my kids no matter what. My kids also need a mom who is happy & taken care of so having to put myself first time to time is not wrong but a must. For whatever reason when “mom guilt” is felt it is only because I prioritize my kids. Not everything goes as planned, there will be messy moments & that is okay. Having kids that are taken care of & loved is all that matters.

What would you do with $20,000?

I can think of so many great things to do & to have but every decision will be for the best of my kids life. To have a financial opportunity to give my kids more for their future will be all I can ever wish for. Able to create more memories as a family but also having expenses to be taken care of as a single mom of two, building my career, main provider; this would be such a great help & a blessing.
