The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my kids grow into themselves while knowing I helped build that foundation. In the middle of the chaos, work, school, life they remind me what matters. Seeing their confidence, kindness, and resilience develop, especially in a world that isn’t always easy, makes every sacrifice feel worth it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood taught me that strength isn’t loud it’s showing up, every single day, no matter what. I’m raising humans while still becoming one myself. I’ve learned to lead with love, stand firm in chaos, and turn struggle into safety for my kids. They don’t need perfection they need consistency, protection, and belief. And I give them that, every day.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d invest directly into building a safe, consistent space for teens through my nonprofit funding monthly programs, mental health resources, and community events that give them somewhere to belong. I’d also support my own kids’ stability and future. It’s about creating opportunity at home and in my community, so more young people feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Super Mom, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
