What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching them grow. With Macy, Hope, Stevie, and Noah being quadruplets and working a demanding full time job, I learned I had to almost mother them as one. I look back and question if my rigor, discipline, and process was right. But as, they have grown from babies, to toddler's, to children, and now young adults, I have been a witness to the most magical process. The process of them discovering who they are, learning how to be an individual, and I am at awe of who they are and will become.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

To live in the moment as they pass quickly. So many times, I sat rocking one of the quads to sooth them, or moments when all four babies were crying at once, there were many late nights with one who was sick or fussy, or torn between which quad to give attention to. It was in those moments I would say to myself... I cannot wait for the day they can walk, or the day they can dress themselves, or do their own homework, etc.. Wishing for them to grow up. I now wish for all those moments back.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would want to say treat myself, update my home, pay off bills. But that is not me. My world is them. As a single Mom of 19 year old quadruplets, I have not been able to fully support them in their next journey in life. I would want to help them pay for college, purchasing a more reliable vehicle, treating them to an adventure to build more family memories, tickets to that concert they have always wanted to see, or putting money away for the future.
