The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing the pure joy on my children’s faces and hearing them laugh. Nothing beats seeing them grow and learn and truly enjoy themselves while they do it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me that perfection isn’t always what we imagine it to be. It’s easy to look at social media and strive to have a picture perfect family but that isn’t real life. Kids need you to be present and show your unconditional love and acceptance of who they are and where they are at. When you embrace your children for all they are, you can appreciate all the little things.
What would you do with $20,000?We are part of a large family that is spread all over the country. This means that most of our vacations are trips to one another’s houses. If we won, we would love to be able to bring everyone together and explore a new town or region that we haven’t been able to yet. It would be amazing to visit Montana to go horse back riding and see Glacier National Park or to the Caribbean to experience the island culture and cuisine.
