I am a lone parent to my 2 children- my daughter 13 and my stepson 22. I’ve supported them completely on my own for the past 12 years.

What would you do with $20,000?I have some much needed renovations that need to be done on my home. The front and back porches are overdue to be redone and the back porch steps are definitely a safety issue😬
