Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It’s not one big moment for me, it’s the quiet, powerful knowing that I am shaping three humans who feel safe, loved, and seen because of me. The most rewarding part is watching them grow through what we’ve grown through. My favorite thing about being their mom is sitting on the sidelines, watching them play the sports they love and watching their confidence grow and their personalities come alive. Each kid is so different and I get a front row seat of it all.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson is that I can’t control every outcome, every emotion, or every path my kids will take… but I can show up Fully with consistency and with love. Motherhood softened me and strengthened me at the same time. It taught me patience I didn’t know I had and showed me the parts of me that still needed healing. It taught me that who I become matters just as much as how I raise them. Because they’re always watching. And love is something they learn by feeling it, not just hearing it.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000 to rebuild my life with my kids, I would use it to create something lasting. A new home for us to purchase as we’re renting right now. A safe space where we can grow, heal, and just be together. Because for me, it’s not just about getting through this season… it’s about building a foundation that supports us for years to come. A home. A future. A new beginning.
