What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It’s in watching my children chase their dreams and celebrating every achievement, big or small. It’s choosing to be present, to love fiercely, and to guide them toward becoming their truest selves. It is most satisfying to watching them take in the advice I give them and apply it to their life and make it become their own words or actions of wisdom and guidance.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood taught me that being there matters more than being perfect. The real lesson is in showing up, loving hard, and encouraging my kids to be their own people who leave a positive mark on the world. My job isn’t to raise kids, it’s to raise future adults. Motherhood taught me to celebrate their achievements, guide them through their mistakes, and trust that giving them love and individuality is how they’ll go make a positive mark in there communities

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000, I’d split it with purpose. I’d invest a portion and put some into savings for security. I’d reinvest in my company, Earthchild Sourdough, to help it grow. And I’d splurge on my children and grandchildren by providing the educational activities and supplies they need to thrive and open doors for them for greater success.
