I’m a super mom because I provide, show up, support, and communicate loving, guiding, and protecting my kids every day.
We would like to thank you for supporting Naureitha Glasgow in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
Being a mom is the most rewarding and hardest role I’ve ever had. My kids depend on me, trust me, and see me as their safe place. Even on my hardest days, their smiles and love give me strength to keep going, push myself, and be better. Motherhood isn’t about perfection it’s about showing up, loving unconditionally, and being the person they can always count on.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?My biggest lesson as a mom is that I don’t have to be perfect. Some days are hard, and I make mistakes, but giving my best, showing up, and loving my children unconditionally is what matters most. They depend on me, trust me, and see me as their safe place. Knowing that my love and effort shape their world teaches me that being present, consistent, and real is far more important than being perfect.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 to invest in my children’s future. Part would go to supporting my son as he pursues his dream of becoming an engineer, helping him access tools, resources, or programs that will set him up for success. Another portion would support my older daughter as she prepares for college, covering tuition, supplies, or enrichment opportunities. I’d also set aside funds for my younger daughter to start saving, teaching her the value of financial responsibility early on.
