The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow into empathic, loving and brave young adults. My children have witnessed so much due to my oldest child having Autism. The younger two have made sacrifices, but have learned what unconditional love truly is. The reward for me is simply being chosen to be their mom!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The greatest lessons motherhood has taught me is to treasure each moment, the blessings of memories made and the power of love. I have witnessed my children endure heartache and joy…I thought I would always teach them, the truth is they teach me each day. What a blessing!
What would you do with $20,000?If I were to be given the $20,000, I would help my children, all three, with their options they have before them. My husband and I have given them opportunities to help prepare them for their next steps. This gift would help them and give me great pleasure to watch them along their way. I would be humbled and honored...Being a Mom has enabled me to think and love outside myself, this gift would be such an honor!
