Watching them learn something new, whether it’s their first steps, first words, or just figuring out the world—gives a kind of joy that’s hard to match. It’s also in the small, everyday moments: when they come to you for comfort, laugh at something silly you do, or tell you they love you without being asked. Those moments remind you that you’re their safe place, their home.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood teaches is that you can’t control everything you can only guide, love, and show up consistently. It teaches patience in a real, everyday way not just waiting, but understanding, forgiving, and trying again even when you’re tired. It also teaches you selflessness, but in a balanced way you learn that taking care of yourself matters too, because your kids need a healthy, strong version of you. And maybe the deepest lesson is unconditional love.
What would you do with $20,000?I will take my kids to a big vacation where they never experience before. A vacation where they will never forget.
