Our souls were meant to find each other. Every part of the journey to get to her—the heartache of 3 miscarriages, finding out I have Antiphospholipid syndrome, having to take daily blood thinning shots, the emotional and physical pain that go with all of that—was SO worth it to have her. The most rewarding part of being her mom is the love we share, filling each other’s hearts and souls.

You can prepare as much as you want before baby comes - researching the best bottles, formula, diapers, cribs, and the list goes on and on. You can read all the parenting books and gain valuable information. But once you have that baby, life has a way of mixing it up! Baby will tell you exactly what they need- likes and dislikes. Motherhood is about going with the flow, alongside your partner and new little best friend.

Pay off debt while putting away some for our daughter. We went through 3 miscarriages before having Kennedy, so 4 pregnancies in all. And the pregnancy with Kennedy came with lots of extra doctors appointments because of my blood clotting syndrome. So the medical debt, student debt, and credit card debt accumulated. While 20,000 wouldn't pay off everything, it would make a huge difference. I would want to put some money into Kennedy's college fund, helping her start her life off.
