The unconditional love you experience as a Mom (and bonus Mom). Watching my boys , and now my girls, grow and become their own person is rewarding and heartwarming. I enjoy supporting them in what they love doing. Their happiness, is my happiness.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Perfection isn't real; knowing you cannot protect your child from every hurt in life is difficult, but necessary. Teach them that it's ok to fall as long as you get back up. And showing up matters! Kids will look for you, they may not say it out loud, but they notice and it matters. Through all the exhaustion and cheers and tears, just show up. You don't know what you are capable of until you are a Mom!
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it in whatever benefits my family the most. I’d pay off bills, set some aside and share some with the people I love. I’d also love to do something special for the same people. It’s about balancing responsibility and making meaningful memories.
