The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing my dreams wrapped up in one tiny human. After two miscarriages, I wasn’t sure what life would hold, so I’m extra thankful for every moment. Bennett brings joy to everyone with his smiles and giggles. He’s truly the life of the party. Having a loving, supportive family means everything, and my husband and I are so grateful to watch our love grow through him.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

My biggest lesson in becoming a mom is learning patience and allowing life to unfold. Things will never be perfect, and that’s okay. In the chaos of everyday life, looking into Bennett’s eyes brings a sense of calm I didn’t know I needed. He reminds me to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple, beautiful moments.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to give back to the high school where I teach, supporting our athletic program and our Unified Redbirds, the special needs students I work with. Giving them more opportunities would mean so much to me. I would also start a college fund for Bennett, investing in his future and helping him chase his dreams one day.
