Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part is watching your children grow and learn and become incredible human beings. I love watching their excitement in life and being there for them in all their lows. I learn more from my children than anyone else. Being a mother has taught me more about emotional regulation, health and unconditional love than any schooling or professor could teach me. With each child I have experienced the expansion of unconditional love that is indescribable. My love for them is infinite.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson I have learned is humility. I am continually humble through every aspect of motherhood. From pregnancy, infancy, toddlerhood childhood, adolescence and young adulthood, I have learned the importance of staying humble, apologizing, and persevering through motherhood as I learn and grow with each child.

What would you do with $20,000?

Honestly, I would love to help my children out with college, extracurricular activities and take us all on a shopping spree for clothes, good food and fun activities. I love to spend time as a family and there are some bigger and more expensive activities they are all interested in and I'd like to make that happen for them and see the whole family enjoy new adventures together. I also want to take my mother on this trip with my siblings and our families, for her 80th birthday. She would love it.
