RN mom of 3 teens, working 2 jobs, living in my car between activities, cheering loud and somehow keeping everyone fed and equipped.
We would like to thank you for supporting Melissa Weiler in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
The best part of being a mom is getting to watch the best parts of me grow in my children every single day. It is so rewarding to love them, guide them, teach them about life, and help shape them into kind, loving, caring people. I get to be there for their growth, their milestones, their personalities, and the little moments that make them who they are. Watching them learn, love, and become good humans is the most beautiful part of motherhood.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is patience and unconditional love. It has taught me how deeply you can love someone and how natural it becomes to put their well-being before your own. You would do anything to make sure they are safe, cared for, and okay. My children are truly my biggest blessing and greatest treasure, and motherhood has shown me the most selfless and beautiful kind of love.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I would use it as an opportunity to create more financial stability for my family. I would pay off debt first, especially anything with high interest, because that would help take away financial pressure I’ve been working hard to manage. I would also set aside money for important upcoming expenses for my kids, like senior pictures and other events and milestones. I would use some of it to take care of any needed updates, repairs, or practical things that make daily life easier.
