Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing my children grow into respectful hard-working young adults. Knowing that I have instilled in them the love of God, also how to treat other people as they would want to be treated. I love them they are my world and on some of my darkest days they were my light and I am forever grateful to have them in my life.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

To put yourself in their position when things seem to be confusing as a parent. Always talk to your children make sure that they feel safe enough to tell you anything good or bad. Don't allow them to do things that will hurt their future if they're wrong let them know that they're wrong.

What would you do with $20,000?

OMG down payment on a house. I am about to be 42 years old and I've never been in my own house. I would love to have something that I could leave for my children. They deserve to have something they can call their own even though no matter where we are they have never complained, even when I feel like I wasn't doing enough they would tell me Mom we have a roof over our head we have food on the table and we are together that just lets me know I've done an amazing job.
