The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my kids grow, not just physically, but in the way they interact with the world around them. Of course, I treasure the everyday moments: their smiles, their laughter, and the hugs that somehow make everything feel okay. Those moments are special in a way that’s hard to put into words. But what amazes me most, and what fills me with the deepest sense of pride, is witnessing their kindness and the way they treat other people.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Being a mom has taught me that success isn’t measured by achievements alone. It’s not just about grades, accomplishments, or recognition. It’s about raising good humans who care about others, who treat others with dignity, and who understand the importance of connection. There’s also a sense of humility that comes with it. My children teach me just as much as I try to teach them.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use $20,000 to show my kids the world beyond what they know. We’d travel to new places, experience different cultures, try unfamiliar foods, and meet people with stories unlike our own. I want them to see how big and diverse life is—to learn empathy, curiosity, and confidence through experience. Those moments would shape how they see the world and their place in it far more than anything I could simply tell them.
