A mama with no village, rocking babies and building a catering company, tired hands, full heart, growing love and business side by side.
We would like to thank you for supporting Matina Zamani in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is the quiet, tender moments that come after a long day. Our bedtime routine is my favorite soft whispers, warm hugs, and little giggles fading into sleep. Once they’re peacefully resting, I find myself just watching their sweet, innocent faces. In those calm moments, everything feels worth it. It’s a kind of love and fulfillment that’s hard to describe but fills my heart completely every single day.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has gently taught me patience both with my children and with myself. It reminds me to slow down, to breathe, and to trust that every child grows at their own unique pace. Each little soul has their own journey, their own magic, and their own timing. I’ve learned not to compare, but to celebrate their individuality, embracing every moment with love, understanding, and a softer, more compassionate heart
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 into developing a café Pilates concept store I’ve been envisioning. The idea is to create a refined, welcoming space where guests can enjoy their favorite drinks such as dirty chai, specialty coffee, or iced matcha before or after a focused Pilates session. This concept blends wellness and lifestyle into one cohesive experience.
