Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

It’s the small moments that bring the biggest reward. The smile on their face when they show you a picture they drew, or the first time they ride their bike and you see them beaming with pride. It’s comforting them after a bad dream, knowing you are their safe place. It’s watching their personality unfold and seeing their kindness, their curiosity, and their confidence grow. The smallest moments are what matter most.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that you can’t control everything and that’s okay! I’ve learned that being present is more important than being perfect. Love, consistency, and showing up matter far more than getting everything right. I’ve learned how important laughing is and nothing is better than laughing with your kids!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the money to create meaningful experiences with my family. Possibly a tropical island vacation for the five of us to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy being together. I’d also set some aside for my children’s college fund and donate a portion to breast cancer research, in hopes of helping move us closer to ending this disease. It would be a mix of making memories now, giving back, and investing in what’s ahead.
