Autism mama. Exhausted but still showing up every day for my nonverbal son with unconditional love, endless dedication, and lots of coffee!

Realizing the “little things” are actually everything. Milestones hit different over here and I celebrate them like we just won the lottery. My son may not say “I love you” with words but he shows it in ways that matter and I feel it. I’m his safe place, his voice, and the one who never stops fighting for him… even when I’m running on no sleep and vibes.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Patience. Patience. Patience. Even on the days I feel like I have none left. Motherhood has taught me to slow down and take things one day at a time, and when that feels like too much, one moment at a time. I have so much more empathy for moms now because I see the struggle everywhere. Kids are not just acting out, there is almost always a reason behind it. I have basically become a detective just trying to understand my child and every child better every day. Just call me Nancy Drew 🕵🏻♀️
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, I’d breathe for a second. Then I’d handle real life, bills, debt, and all the things that don’t go away. Definitely buy my son a new jungle gym because that would save me a lot of energy putting him in the car to go to the park. I’d invest in my son and his future so we can build something stable and lasting for us. I would put a teensy towards my small business I am just starting when I say teensy. I mean like $200 😅
